The salary and benefits are bit lower in my opinion and work life balance can be better and the work culture is like not so good not so bad.

...nd management, deadline meetups, market competetions. politics i didnt see any. Salary and appraisals are always on time. work environment is awsome.only its become hard to balance the family life with the work if you are at the hogher post.

Good teammates, well trained, 100% job security, we can grow our career in that company, salary also good, there is a cab facility, politics I don't know, there is a so many work for learning, work environment also good etc.

Ask any site people before joining. Confirm your take home salary by written from HR. Every year your take home salary got decreased. Rude Managers. No work life balance. 14 hours job. Don't know how it is a greate place to work. Not employee friendly company Employee retention rate is very low.

Gives opportunity to each staff to prove themselves. Takes chances by giving them responsibilities. Good mediclaim policies.

Too much working hour, Office politics, Salary difference between two same profile/responsible staffs just because one is Diploma Holder & other is Degree Holder, 3 month's nitice period.
