Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I had joined directly which is waste and life will be spoiled there will be no development in salary not in life.According to my opinion we have to join L&T through Campus Or GET than our life will be safe and enjoyable in mnc... Other wise do job for 5 years in small constrictions than try for it..

PLR not good for site team. Promotion also not good if you are working as a site engineer, since, promotion is depend on PLR points.
