Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming acrade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Co. atmosphere is awesome, not considering a particular dept. but colleges are good. Nice feeling to when working with work-life balance.

Compensation is very low as compare to market for non engineering person like me, Growth is too slow. No training for us, though technical staff having lots of training provided but for support staff its a big NO.
