Rating system which reflects on your salary structure.here due to rating 7-8 years juniors also getting too much more salary than you.if you can done oiling then ok.whoever are getting growth they are getting continuously.in my opinion if your growth is no happening please don't wait for next year just leave it.only in time is there no out time including Sunday even holiday.if you wants your leave you can't take and at the end of the year they will pay only basic of your balance leave.how to make you fool they well knows.

It was fantastic experience , except the promotions part , salary on time , good working environment , mainly depends on bosses that you encounter ,some are absolutely brilliant

Large sum is allocated in the name of retention which you get at the very end of the year .

Colleague & senior was friendly. Salary on time. There was no tension regarding accomodation & travelling as I was project engineer.

As a project engineer Long working hours (12-14hr). Frequent job rotation between night & day shift. A lot of area to be managed by one. Unprofessional work culture

PLR not good for site team. Promotion also not good if you are working as a site engineer, since, promotion is depend on PLR points.

6 day working, company policies, company tools, processes, HR, unclear salary structures, below average appraisals etc.
