Rating system which reflects on your salary structure.here due to rating 7-8 years juniors also getting too much more salary than you.if you can done oiling then ok.whoever are getting growth they are getting continuously.in my opinion if your growth is no happening please don't wait for next year just leave it.only in time is there no out time including Sunday even holiday.if you wants your leave you can't take and at the end of the year they will pay only basic of your balance leave.how to make you fool they well knows.
