A good thing is that our salary will get before ending of month. And also a good platform to work with L&T LTD as a permanent staff only.

Provide learning oppertunities. Have faith on the employees and provides good accomodation at project sites, some seniors are very supportive at site

Less pay compared to other top companies, sometimes culture can be toxic where you have to face abusive language.
