Project Management not Supported to T&M Staff for his achievement and fixed date to Salary and Site management force to T&M Staff for Every Sunday duty without pay as per agreement of T&M latter.

Only job security and other benefits was good for staff such as TEMS claim, medical insurance for self and family persons.

Dislikes

Salary was very less for old employees no proper increment for old employees. HR was also have poor mindset for all employees, senior management also not supporting for junior staff .

L&T secures the future of its employees along with their work experience (training). She gives everything that a government employee might not get There is no such thing as loss

...third party staff.Third party staff don't get convenience like permanent staff .only get salary 8 hours instead working 12hours.
