As a Diploma Mechanical Engineer this company is very good for anyone. A healthy salary also given timely. Others facilities (LTA, PLR, Medical, Accommodation, canteen etc.) also provides by this company. You can get opportunities to learn about new technologies by given training once or more in a year by this company. But you have to work more than 12 hours. Sometimes you will go in frustration. It's may be tolerable for bachelor but not for family person. Otherwise this company is good for freshers.

Working hours is more than 12 hours. Pick up and drop facilities also not so far good in construction division.

Wipro is very good organisation since its invirment is good they. Donot force is work on weekends neither out the shift it has fixed off and shift

... level. Appraisal or fair process is also not good and it is vary from IC to IC. The appraisal process need much more improvement and deserving candidates are continuing in same performance level year and year hence it hampers the growth in salary. The salary is very less and the major part of appreciation is shared with only the outstanding performers. And growth of salary is also very less comparatively to current market conditions. Compensation of all benefits are also not given and mostly shared with top performers.

The best thing about working in L&T is you develop your skills continuously with the help of your supervisor because here performance matters more than degree, if you have knowledge and skills you can achieve the greatest height of success. Also the policies of company for Compensation & Benefits is too good and sufficient for any type of employees working either India or abroad.
