Senior Staff is very co-operative and lots of things are available for learning. Management also co-operative with their employees on Official and personal level.

In last 2 years i don't seen any incident which is dislike in any Company. Rest Likes & dislikes are depends on individual I Q level

During my tenure junior staff was friendly and supportive at the same time and ESIC benefit.

But from the last 2 year only politics is running the company. In my opinion no one wants to grow neither does the management nor the employees.

Can move on for more paper less working environment... could help to save storage and file keeping time...
