Total waste in lapiz they never give salary hike but now settlement and gratuity amount also they r giving reason of covid 19 in this way only they r supportive, without any reason they r absconding the employees in this lockdown period

Working environment is good working hours is less than other companies..

Salary level is very less than other companies..growth also time consuming..they want extra work from us with giving less value or without giving any amount..Management always ready to give you LOP for a little mistake or little reason..only one day off in a week..yearly leave balance also very low..

...night shift only. 5days working for night shift and 6days working for day shift. No monetary benefits will be given other than just take home salary. Sometimes take home kuda kamiya than varum. Emergency situation kuda ivanunga purinjika matanga. Vela kedaikala nu Inga join panathinga better job kaga wait panunga. Totally 💯% waste.

Teammates are good. Training is good. Only one person in that company is well educated and knows to teach stuff. You will learn if you get trained under him.

... growth in your carrier when you work there. Appraisal is given once in 2 years. Very low salary. Salary will be deducted for every small reason. HR department is good for nothing. They will not respond or pick our call.
