Emergency situation kuda ivanunga purinjika matanga. Vela kedaikala nu Inga join panathinga better job kaga wait panunga. Totally 💯% waste.

... Sunday only holiday No leaves, if leaves given need to compensate on Sunday Salary not fixed date, sometimes 1st of every month sometimes 2 and 3rd date Appraisal based on TL not based on performance No promotion

...pportive and the management is no transparent. There is no cafeteria and gaming. Company policies are not good, appraisal are not transparent, and they give salary hike only who is favour to the manager's and bonus within the salary structure. Un favour benifits to employees, it's only gateway to enter for freshers don't stand by more than 3 year's, learn initiative don't think to earn, if you want to sustain in this organization act smarter.

There is a lot politics and HR, manager's, Management only focus production not very less employees benefits, company doesn't address our issues, salary is not decent and carrier growth slow

Total waste in lapiz they never give salary hike but now settlement and gratuity amount also they r giving reason of covid 19 in this way only they r supportive, without any reason they r absconding the employees in this lockdown period

Working environment is good working hours is less than other companies..

Salary level is very less than other companies..growth also time consuming..they want extra work from us with giving less value or without giving any amount..Management always ready to give you LOP for a little mistake or little reason..only one day off in a week..yearly leave balance also very low..
