I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Extremely toxic, inexplicably hierarchical workspace. The most hilariously autocratic work environment I have ever seen. It is straight out of some dystopian movie. Employees are always ever so scared of ticking off the boss that they will literally let themselves be walked all over just so that they do not get fired.
