Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Learn something different.. Just work..

Dislikes

Management worst.. No good environment... Harresment to down level.. Employees.. No.... Appreciate of good work.. Increament not as per Seneriorty. Who new manager joined target to remove old employees.. That's worst conditions of the company.. Politics.. More than work... Even director also involved in these activities.. No clarified to employees why they want to leave the organization.... No future in this organization..
