Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

- No work ethics. - No job security. - Work 24/7, no time management. If they are giving you salary means you are their slave. Very bad behavior to employees - If you need any urgent leave means you are finish. - They don't know how to talk with employees. - No job training available for new joiners and trainees.

Good clients. But their work is not taken seriously.

Dislikes

Horrible horrible. They deduct people's salaries if they are late for 1-2 minutes. But they pay no compensation for overtime. People even stay back the entire night and do not go back home even the next day. Terrible experience.

Working with krittika marwaha is the worst thing one can go through… such an inhuman lady she is. Never matter if you’re unwell or someone at your place expired… she wants you at work. Have no manner to spk… no timings… she would ask u to work till 8:30 atleast on daily basis… would ask u to work on sunday’s. Worst working culture
