Work culture is bed , politics by staff is understandable but by owner. Money mind MD , low salary. If no one able to complete target company will deduct salary 50% without notification. No job security. Management is worst, hr has no manners how to talk employee. Every month salary credit after 15th . No offer letter provide to new joining. hr miss bani menerless lady,

Everything, specially management... the worst experience I ever had with this company in my entire work Life Company culture is very poor. There is no work security at all.

I have spent 2 years and 5 month in that company. I started that company as a fresher but they taught me the real stage of profession. Their environment is so good and comfortable when I feel safe and grown up myself.
