Under his leadership i got promotion also.

... amount of incentives. Growth process is little slow for Fc's and other persons.starting pay scale is very low than other brands.

Yaa sometimes there is favouriteism which leads to degrowth of good working people more stress also no choice in public holiday you have to work compulsary u agree or not agree

Salary pay date is perfect. Training given before joining helps to gain more knowledge.

As a sales executive; High pressure,no work life balance,extremely terrible health or safety measures while working. Career growth is low and pnly favorite gets notified by management.

I got 2 months full salary during the lockdown periods too. They have insurance plans for their employees. Safet of the employees were in high concern so work days had been set with sufficient intervels. Safety requirements were fulfilled by the company

I think growths is not happening and salary also a big concern as compare to currently government rules and regulations for workers.overall l am fully satisfied as the part of this company.l will try to achieve the company golas.l wants to work this organization long time.thank you to give me chance to share my opinion about organization.
