Team are supported and but some managees are not able to understand good employees so management system it's so poor especially store managers thay not give ryt position to ryt perpon I like to say there political part giving appreisal company policies is good ane salary to but am not get any bonus from landmark yearly base,

Yes there is a lot of politics in between managers and management system doesn't address our issues salary it's good but career growth is very slow for future growth and hard working employees thay not get better position thare is bad politics and new joinees employees are very truble on work side senior are playing with them thay not trait good with new joinees ,

PATHETIC WORK Culture. Bloody Playground of CORPORATE politics THIS company will destroy your career never think of joining this company ,it will destroy your mental health and finance. very badly ,highly toxic work culture, full of toxic managers and people more poisonous than snake. all company policies are just on paper to fool newcomers and outside people. THE MOST WORST PLACE TO WORK ,very soon this company will shut down because of rotten work culture, never recommend this place even to your enemies.

Slow promotion, no proper goal or vision , same work doing in repeat mode from years Frequent changes without clear communication , no any training or knowledge sharing for current technology, all the wrong decision or work done by only ground team and HO team is always right , no appreciation for work which you do beyond your KRA.
