This Anil Mehta Is a thief .. he commits one salary figure to unsuspecting applicants and then gives a much lower figure in writing after some days. These people have no scruples, no values, no morals and no ethics. Stay away from these cheap cheaters and don't deal with anyone from this company, especially the liar Anil Mehta.

Lots of office politics, There are people who don't know ABC of Retail but they are there at the top most position in the company and the only thing they knew is to do office politics. pls don't join this company

compensation part is poor PLP ( performance link pay ) which happens to be part of your CTC is not provided to employee which is absolutely incorrect . If an employee wants to leave job before july ( which is companies policy to be applicable to get plp) is completely injustice towards an employee they need to understand it’s an hard earn money of an employee which they cannot hold . Have given 16years to the company and they should respect that sentiment and provide the due .

... are close to manager they will get growth where your potential is not matter. And about the appraisal it means to zero only because you will get only 5% of hike in your salary and when you take a growth or promotion then also it is 5% so it's been not acceptable.

Before few years it going well but right now they change their policies and they dont care about employee anymore.
