Horrible working environment, absolutely no salary equality. They will literally raise your salary by 150 and will hire your counter part for 1500 more than your salary!!

...t takes little to no responsibility in making the workplace employee friendly. The compensation offered is way less than the market value. There is very very limited scope of growth within the organisation after “Manager” Level and people are stuxk at each position from 5-10 years. The HR should be more ethical with international candidates. Change management, inclusion, diversity, empathy and challenging processes is something non existent, which is surprising considering the tenure and extent of business they hold.

Useless seniors colleagues specifically in Upholstery. Be aware... If you want to be fool and look like donkey for rest of your life.. then join homebox upholstery team. Hiring and firing is common.
