There are many benefits of working in the fun city. number one is getting salary on time. number two only 9 hours duty time number three permanent job and security

I do not like in the fun city that new employees are paid more. The old employee gets a very small increase in salary. Even if nothing works for the new employee

Slow promotion, no proper goal or vision , same work doing in repeat mode from years Frequent changes without clear communication , no any training or knowledge sharing for current technology, all the wrong decision or work done by only ground team and HO team is always right , no appreciation for work which you do beyond your KRA.

Mismanaged at Times Groupism in Regional team Decision making is time consuming Multiple approvals needed for decision making

...100% also you will not be able to cross 3 points out of 5 in final appraisal. Also some people are very old in system which are with over package and couldn't promote juniors after 5 years of service also. For domination everyone will be there through mails and what's app groups. But o appreciation give to juniors. RO and HO employees having more benifits and fun activities. Warehouse people having limited access to fum activities. No more festive celebrations in warehouse. As they always give reason about having budget issues.
