It was a first opportunity in my life .team mates are very careful about juniors.my salary was 15000 .many things learn from my first project .how to make a team .how to talk with workers .how to behave with workers etc.

Company spends unnecessarily on programs & work which has not any relevance to the project. Selection of talent pool is poor. Extravagant spending where return is nil.

Initially Lanco was a professionally driven company, with very good Compensation and Benefits, provided good for opportunities learning and growth. However, with the slump in Industry, including Power Sector begining 2011, things drastically changed. As on date, salaries to the existing employees are indefinately delayed and dues to the ex-employees are pending since long. Under the present circumstances, it would not be advisable to join the company.

Dislikes

There is nothing that anybody may dislike about Lanco, except timely payment of dues to the employees and ex-employees, and so also the vendors.

It was my 1st company. It was a really good company. And I liked the company very much.

Dislikes

Due to a lot of compnay debt it was unable to pay the employee/staff salaries ontime. It was really a very hard period. That is why I left the company.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisal’s are fair and they give good salary hike

There is an agreement of 2 year's before which you cannot resign.
