... AT LANCO .. I'VE BEEN SPECIAL LUCK FOR EVERY ORGANISATION. WHEN I WAS HIRED ... I WAS HIRED AS A TRAINEE - HR AND WAS SUPPOSED TO LEARN ALL PERSPECTIVES LIKE RECRUITMENT, TRAINING, PAY-ROLL ETC. BUT THEN THEY KEPT ME FOR ABOVE 6 MONTHS IN RECRUITMENT ONLY UNDER A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANAGER-SHIP .... IN MY PRESENCE LANCO INFRATECH LIMITED WAS IN US STOCK EXCHANGE DOING HANDSOME BUSINESS .. BUT WHEN I LEFT THEY SAID WE HAD TO HIRE 4 INSTEAD OF YOU AND EVEN THE LEASE AGREEMENTS ( OFFICE PREMISES ) CHANGED. I HAD FUN IN THE COMPANY LIKE THEY MADE MY TRIP TO PUNE FOR BULK HIRING AND MUCH MUCH TO LEARN .. MY ED ( DR. K.P. KUMAR ) AND MANY OTHERS FOUND ME SPECIAL AT WORK AND KINDAAA DID THE PRE-APPRAISAL OF STIPENED .. SALARIES ETC. .. EVERYTHING WAS GOING ON GOOD WITH THE FIRM AND FOR 8 MONTHS OF WORKING TENURE ... BUT THEN I HAD TO LEAVE DUE TO PERSONAL REASONS. NOW IN NUTSHELL I UPON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE RATE LANCO INFRATECH LIMITED AS ONE OF THE WIDEST RANGED & WORK FRIENDLY E.P.C. ( ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT & CONSTRUCTION ) FIRM. :) GREAT WAS THE TIME WITH THEM. - THANKS - KULDEEP DEVGAN, GURGRAM, INDIA.

It was my 1st company. It was a really good company. And I liked the company very much.

Due to a lot of compnay debt it was unable to pay the employee/staff salaries ontime. It was really a very hard period. That is why I left the company.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisal’s are fair and they give good salary hike

There is an agreement of 2 year's before which you cannot resign.

The company is open to innovation & readily adopt new technology. I love the facts that I mam a part of team,reliable,quality products and has client base.I have worked on site completely dependant on our project and clients.Another plus point is that we have very good working culture, good collegues come from various back grounds.I also like the company policies, good working culture, good management for supporting us at all levels & good policies on hiring employees.

Dislikes

Compensation is good company growth was slow.The working pressure is very high and working timing were 14,16 hours in aday.I was appreciated by clients but they mostly go un noticed during my mid appraisals. Also senior folks like me guide from step by which was paining sometimes in working .

It was a first opportunity in my life .team mates are very careful about juniors.my salary was 15000 .many things learn from my first project .how to make a team .how to talk with workers .how to behave with workers etc.
