Compensation is good company growth was slow.The working pressure is very high and working timing were 14,16 hours in aday.I was appreciated by clients but they mostly go un noticed during my mid appraisals. Also senior folks like me guide from step by which was paining sometimes in working .

Generally speaking my working in Tall structure was slighly challenging as I have to look after the works as well as management day to day progressing to company task was slighly competitive. But I stay on my toes by doing competitive bench marks.

Company Owners are good but core management of group has failed to manage and Telgu lobby is high as it's from andhara state and owners are conversant with Telugu team
