In the start the working experience at LanceSoft was very fun and even the work culture was very enjoyable.

Dislikes

With time things got changed drastically. job responsibilities got increased but no increment in Salary for 2 years. They changed my department without notifying me. They are paying more to those who are constantly making mistakes but not to those who are actually handling everything pretty much fine. The worst work culture I have ever experienced thus far.

You may need to work outside regular office hours. If you bring in business, you'll have less stress; otherwise, there will be a lot of pressure.

You'll have good salary and lots of work and pressure. But dont aspect bonus, increments, promotion, you'll not gonna have employee centric culture. I didn't get appraisal from two years, planning leave this org.

... any second thought. You are not allowed to discuss further with top management. Don't join for higher package. Job security is 0%. If you are selected for US Bank client, please don't join. They will promise that there will be a permanent position after 6 months. No Chance. Think twice before join.

Management sitting n US (specifically speaking) is very much appreciable and they understand each employee. it’s great to work under such management and leadership. Learning curve is provided to those who are eager to learn and explore opportunities.

...nition policies needs to be highly improved. Health benefits should be improved. Apart from salary structure bonus policy needs to be implemented.
