I was working for a Client, so they do not interfere on anything.

For salary ,most of the time you have to mail them. Now i left the company and they did encash my EL in FnF settlement They did not even provide Form 16 to file ITR as well. Management is not good. For each document you have to call and email many times.

Supportive team leads, and team members. The better your performance is the better pay you'll have.

The industry has cutthroat competition, you might be stressed, and you have to give your all in to sustain here. Be prepared to work outside of office hours.

... any second thought. You are not allowed to discuss further with top management. Don't join for higher package. Job security is 0%. If you are selected for US Bank client, please don't join. They will promise that there will be a permanent position after 6 months. No Chance. Think twice before join.

Management sitting n US (specifically speaking) is very much appreciable and they understand each employee. it’s great to work under such management and leadership. Learning curve is provided to those who are eager to learn and explore opportunities.
