In the start the working experience at LanceSoft was very fun and even the work culture was very enjoyable.

Dislikes

With time things got changed drastically. job responsibilities got increased but no increment in Salary for 2 years. They changed my department without notifying me. They are paying more to those who are constantly making mistakes but not to those who are actually handling everything pretty much fine. The worst work culture I have ever experienced thus far.

Lancesoft join April-4-2022 I am working just 3month in bhubaneswar ( office administrator) this person branch manager, not respect talk , Energy mood all time and fighting all time employs as me not minority man se like dum and mental. Iam not join this company in future ☺️ Thanks Bikash

...e working hard. Management only cares about revenue, no concern about employees. They think to fire experienced ones, hire freshers on lesser salary, and then fire them again.

Supportive team leads, and team members. The better your performance is the better pay you'll have.

Dislikes

The industry has cutthroat competition, you might be stressed, and you have to give your all in to sustain here. Be prepared to work outside of office hours.
