Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Terrible company to work . You are not allowed to sit for few min to . They just want to complete work any how & they approach with you causal interview+ drawing changes are made sudden. Changed drawing are handovered to worker before engineer ..rather they just want supervisor to supervise there work . All decision are made without taking consideration of engineers you have to just supervise the work and listen to them .
