There is nothing to like about. Quite unprofessional , cagey approach , No knowlegde about appraisals, employee training and work culture.

Dislikes

Compensation is average and growth is nill. They themselves dont know what they want to achive. Sr. management is of totally different background so serious disconnect with the vocational education.
