The main thing is they are treating employees as there slave. Once the employee resigns they are compulsorily taking one month notice period, but they are not issuing any work experience certificate to the employees. For every thing they are saying that they need to ask for Corporate HR team. But the Corporate HR team was very bad. they don't have any concern about the staff.
After taking 12 hours duty everyday from the staff they are not providing any benefits to the staffs apart from PF and ESI. They are always eager to deduct the salary from the employees, if the the employee take leaves on Saturday and Sunday ( in case emergency also) they are deducting 2 days for single day. mercy less peoples. adding late fine if employee report 1 minutes late(after taking 12 hours duty from the staff). There is no yearly bonus, no leaves, no gratuity etc.
The HR Manager form the corporate office was irresponsibly. he is not even thinks about the employees.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow ..there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign..on the job training is not given to joiners..
