Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Worst experience 0 growth team manager's worst no one take your problem as serious only they will blame on you and your work. IT team they don't have only one admin HR team also not supportive - TEAM LEADER'S EXTREMELY WORST i suggest you don't apply ever in lalamove India which is not as uncle delivery India private limited..

After 1year company has recruited ASM'S(Area sales manager) From that time work pressure starts They use to show off there work by insulting lowers division employees. For this purpose many employees left there job... One small suggestion to new joinies don't belive ASM AND DON'T DO TARGETS If u reach target they use to increase it by next day
