...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and try give good salary hike and bonus every year.

This is a manufacturing company, it always try to use latest technology. I am happy for a part of PPC department as production planning and control. Teammates are good.

Dislikes

Working pressure is very high in this company, but salary not not offering as balance of work pressure. Sometimes I have to work 12-14 hrs straight in a day, no value extra work activities. These are most painful to me.

I also working in that company for 7 months... no job security, culture is very bad, there is also different straightener machine, some of the people also lost their hands in that machine, no hospitalized fund was provided by company, This industry work is very risky, no guarantee of your life.
