Lot of politics, management is not friendly and rude behavior very tough to handle. Career growth is quite low.

Dislikes

Early explanation must for the job you have done and not done. If you want to stay. Factory is full of poor knowledgeable person except one or two. But everybody shows how much important they are. Max employees are from family relative to each other.
