I have enjoyed my Work Tenure at Lakshya IIC. The Management had gained confidence in me and I could showcase my capabilities. The MD , Orwell Sir is the most Motivational factor there and that could be foreseen as Lakshya IIC withstood all these 12 years and is the undisputed No1. I am proud to be a part of the Institution. Apart from few cons , the work culture is flexible.

Dislikes

... a event one Team member has to work . Need to improve on the Leave Policies . Salary intakes etc. Otherwise, I have enjoyed working till the last moment at Lakshya IIC.

The organization promotes the skill development of their employee as well as the company culture is excellent where an individual can work with wholehearted

Lakshya IIC doesn't give work life balance to its workers. They will provide us with good returns only if we are ready to be a slave or Robert. The company provides no weekday leaves (Saturday & Sunday) except 4 week offs. I felt that the managers are partial to its senior employees & don't even care its Junior employees. They are not providing jobs according to its employee's educational qualifications & skills. They are not even providing proper lunch breaks even. Felt utterly disappointed with Lakshya.

No hierarchy in management,Unqualified people controlling qualified and experienced peoples ,cheating employees in PF and ESI,they fire employees those who questions these and force to resign,mental torchering and harassment is the rewards for sincer workers,worst of life

This company doesn’t make us feel like working under someone, we will be feeling like we own this company and we have very friendly working environment. Once when we leave the company and move from there we will get really surprised about the skills we have learned from there. They just don’t build good workers they build better human beings.

There were some virus inside the company which wasn’t dealt with effectively when I was working there through which will effect the company not the workers.
