Too much department politics. The higher authority listens and believes only a few mouth which leads to distorted information being passed and giving way to more politics rather than focus on teaching-learning.

Everything... There is groupism in the school and active politics, you are safe if you fall under a particular section of religion. Overall it is not worth even thinking about working in such environment

The school provides opportunities to the educators to execute their innovative ideas and readily adopt the pedagogical ways of teaching learning process quided by CBSE. I really very fortunate that I am the part of this prestigious institution.

Politics by some colleagues which may be a hurdle in the growth of Institute but most of the colleagues are very co operative and helpful.

Very professional environment. ATL is relatively new to the education system. Lakshmipat Singhania Academy provides good support to the rapidly changing dimensions on the educational horizon.

The institute is reliable, high Quality education, well maintained campus. Location is a bit out of city. Provides a good career growth.

Work pressure is high. I had to work 8hrs a day, also doing the campaign in the nearby villages, apart From daily work
