Likes

May a stepping stone for Engineering Freshers. Suitable for fresher upto 18months max

Dislikes

You have to work on same methodology, Thinking over the technology and improvement is not validated properly. TOP level characters are not upto new trend in engineering Engineering team don't have a head for several months which nearly year. Only 2 visits have been allowed in my entire 3.5yrs If you say NO to suggestion by TOP LEVEL , then you won't be noticed in appraisal, but if u say YES to all then you will be awarded and promoted. Training on tools were not provided(cost effective plays here).
