Pay is good, basic employee facilities are good. Management is good but not the actual rulers.

Dislikes

In my 20yrs of work experience i never seen such a company had such a worst work culture, job security, work life balance etc. Management may be good but the next level who is making the decisions, brings businesses are spoiling the organisation. The company is ruled by one and no one can ask anything against him even if it's required, ethical to the organisation. The management also knows everything but not able to do anything against due to fear. You will have lot of responsibility, and answerable to all without any authority. Even one small to big decision related to your function which you can not take even it's good to organisation. You regret if you join in this organisation but you will learn the experience that you never get in any organisation. The talks will be world class and but all actions will be just opposite to the same. No job satisfaction, no job security, no peace of mind, always sitting inside the pressure cooker , you may become mad.

Good culture .Implementing lot of innovative ideas.Regular training to improve thier workers knowledge. The management supporting well to us on this Pendamic situation, and arranged food for contract workers on lockdown time was a good thing it's compare with other companies really appreciatable.They are taking more care about safety related activities against covid 19.

Likes

The organization respects its people and contributes a lot to the society. One can grow to the top most level if he or she has the right knowledge, skill and positive attitude. There is no gender bias. The organization ensures that there is 100% adherence to statutory compliances. There is freedom of expression. Work environment is just great.

Dislikes

I do not find anything that can be disliked.
