Now a day company is not in good 1condition because of their owners. company had lots of orders but no raw material for running plant last six months salary panding of their employees. Company is really good but what's going on no one knows.

I am working in the company from 25+ years and overall experience is very good.

There is a lot of politics and the union of the workers forced to management ever. Salary is ok but career growth is too slow.

Lockdown m bhi employees ko ek paisa bhi nahi mila. No salary given from last 2 years Cmd and other directors are not interested to work for lps company and their employees

...in this world. They are not thinking about their employees and their families. No salary given to employees since last 2 years. Now you guess about them.

... auch a big company. LPS plant 2 was the good place to work in Rohtak city only. Salary and culture was goos initially.

... single command which was CMD. There was no control of boss on his subordinates. No control on salary hike or promotion. Each and similar level of employees were getting same increments and there was no system of performance appraisals.
