Ya best company to work but the one below management is very very poor. Can learn lot of things and can take the product owner ship but work life balance is very worst in the present management. Employees will show every day that its a naidu concern. They don't worry about the communication. How worst is they talk in telegu in a meeting , even team things inside the team.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
