i would prefer Lakshmi machine works for more than 10 yrs experience candidate, because the compensation & Benefits is too bad for less experience candidate SPECIFICALLY IN LMW UNIT 5 (Advanced Technology center).

Suervesors & managers parcialitys,employees problems no facing , Demotiveted for all emplees for own purpose of self cridites values, no one motivated for next stage ,salary brobelm no consider for supevesor and managers including hr team also.7years experienc but i have technician grade that was dislike .salary almost 20000rs only yhat is dislike.

Growth is slow, compensation and increments are also average. Managers don’t value suggestions, laid back attitude.

For sales and service traveling expenses are really good. New joiners gets attractive packages.

No value for old employees. Less appraisal. Salary of loyal employees will be very less compared to new joiners.
