i joined as management trainee in finance department, i was under accounts receivable team, compensation offer was to low, there is no work life balance, they expect us to work beyond work hrs without any compensation, lots of caste based politics. Hr department is for name sake. they wont confirm you even after 3 years, dont waste ur future in company which has outdated policy. they are still living in 1990's.

no insurance no career growth no interaction between managers and employees no cafeteria

For sales and service traveling expenses are really good. New joiners gets attractive packages.

No value for old employees. Less appraisal. Salary of loyal employees will be very less compared to new joiners.

Ya best company to work but the one below management is very very poor. Can learn lot of things and can take the product owner ship but work life balance is very worst in the present management. And need to work only for one person in the company not for the betterment of company growth. And work life balance is very very very poor.

Employees will show every day that its a naidu concern. They don't worry about the communication. How worst is they talk in telegu in a meeting , even team things inside the team.
