Salary payement is on-time always,Good for beginners to learn 2D detailing.

Job Growth is terrible since repeatively performs only 2d detailing, No good projects to learn technically, Not supportive for on-site employees, Company does not have active action plan to make creative, Innovative,knowledgable culture for employees.

Throughout the pandemic time they supported all the employee with salary (with some deductions but was negligible). Not a single day was i affraid of lossing my job provided a environment for learning

They are very much stringent on appraisal and to be frank ,appraisal are never talent and work contribution based .

No value for true workers. Full of politics. If you want apraisal means you have to put paper then bargain with management with your offer letter from new company. You are not recognized by your talent or work. Only resignation paper will give you appraisal.
