No value for true workers. Full of politics. If you want apraisal means you have to put paper then bargain with management with your offer letter from new company. You are not recognized by your talent or work. Only resignation paper will give you appraisal.

Salary payement is on-time always,Good for beginners to learn 2D detailing.

Job Growth is terrible since repeatively performs only 2d detailing, No good projects to learn technically, Not supportive for on-site employees, Company does not have active action plan to make creative, Innovative,knowledgable culture for employees.

On time salary. Appraisals are not too much but average. Food costs are lower.

Politics... Politics... Politics. Work pressure. They ll always find a blame instead of a solution. Expecting like en slavery. Culture is worst as i expected much according to corporate. Even a small company may be managed well not like this one.
