there is no polictics between employees. working environment is good between employees.

Dislikes

u have no idea when owner will call u on meating and if u are not present in meating your salary will be hold. then you have to wait for 5_6 months for that hold salary. when plant is in shutdown condition owner orders all employees to cut grass and shit plant garbages. Here in this company no one has dare to ask for salary. here u will not get any offer letter or appointment/experience letter. if u want to resign this job you have leave 1 to 2 months salary.
