I'm in lockdown for 2 months and I got a full salary, after that I was denied salary in June and now I go to the office every day, for fear of Corona, I decided to stay home, I was threatened to be fired from my debt. To get rid of the burden, I still go to office everyday

I wanted a 3-month leave from the office to escape from Corona, but I was told by the office that if you go on leave, you will not keep you back and you will not get any salary. I travel to the office every day by bus My salary is 22000 rupees, out of which 10,000 rupees are deducted which I have taken money from office as loan. There are 4 people in my family

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
