I had terrible experience here, they force to from home even on holidays and work overtime without any extra pay ...my TL Shikha Rajgadiya force me daily to stay in company even afer working hrs mostly i got permission to go home after 8 ,9 O'clock , i spent 3 yrs but increament was like nothing even after achieving annual targets so i don't recommend this horrible place to anyone

The team is close-knit, learning oriented and helpful. There are constant efforts to help employees perform better, whether it's new tech integrations, learning programs or keeping the virtual doors open for discussions. The overall approach is human centric, collaborative and encouraging.

The training quotient was a little old school earlier, however the organization has taken innovative steps in terms of making it more systematic and streamlined with technology and has now got well defined processes in place for the same. Idea conceptualization to actual implementation has been very fast paced that I appreciate. (their approach is -- identify a problem resolve it instantly and move forward)

here if you are giving 100% then you will definitely get growth in your career. They are providing training and guidance on regular intervals. They recognize their employees best part and try to fill the gaps if they find in employees. Work culture especially for females is highly recommendable.

Dislikes

Sometimes they give priority to the one who is performing (that's obvious) but still may be because of some reason that employee is not able to perform now who were performer in back days.

Hi Have joined Laksh Human Resource Family 9 months back and so far it has been a wonderful Journey. LakshHR has provided me with a number of opportunities and helped me grow. I got a chance to work on numerous roles from Junior to Director Level roles. Truly fortunate to be a part of this organization.
