There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is very slow. on the job properly training is not given to new joinees. If you will want to resign you will not get the experience letter for joining in another branch of lakme in jammu

Gud work place ,we was having gud benifit in Lakme like epfo ,esic, yearly bonus , monthly incentive, quarterly incentive, leave end cashment etc.. so I'm was very happy when I'm was working
