There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There bus a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Gud work place ,we was having gud benifit in Lakme like epfo ,esic, yearly bonus , monthly incentive, quarterly incentive, leave end cashment etc.. so I'm was very happy when I'm was working
