Seniors likes only chapalus type person. They never give Value to executive hard work. Need to improve their management specially for Gurgaon. The superviser's behave in Gurgaon like uneducated person. Company must hire a superviser atleast Graduate . I don't want to disclose his name but he don't deserve for this post.
