There is nothing to like working in this company

Dislikes

...pleting 3 months of internship they didn't provide me my internship certificate. No work ethics is there even there is no permanent date of time to release salary 1 and a half month passes then we ask for salary. Ridiculous place to work there is no growth in this company.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job traning is not given to new joinees.
