There is nothing to like working in this company

...pleting 3 months of internship they didn't provide me my internship certificate. No work ethics is there even there is no permanent date of time to release salary 1 and a half month passes then we ask for salary. Ridiculous place to work there is no growth in this company.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job traning is not given to new joinees.

Excellent work environment and culture. They give good salary hike. Company policies are good. Company teammates are positive and supportive.

I problem which I was face in my time duration of 1 year 6 months. There is a bond which I have signed of 1 year that shoud be 2 years.

Career growth, mind blowing training, trainers from head office are excellent.

Dislikes

...almost same for fresher's and experience trainer. Overall not proper management. Need to pay attention on academy. Because of few trainers students are suffering and they are our ambassadors.

Everything is fine
